Bothers and Sisters, The Midwest church of Christ in Louisville, KY greet you with the love of God. We are excited to host the fifty-first Jail and Prison Ministry Workshop for the churches of Christ. The 2025 event will take place June 11th – 13th, 2025.
Our 2025 Theme is “Redemption Meets Recovery”. The Gospel of Mark records a paralytic brought to Jesus by a group of his friends. Seeing the faith of his colleagues, Jesus forgives the sins of the man and subsequently heals him from his infirmity (Mark 2:1-12). This scene encapsulates the beautiful ministry of Jesus; He came to deliver people from their sin and set them on a brighter path in this life. Christ’s church should be invested in both saving souls and changing lives. Prayerfully this event will foster partnerships and the conversations necessary to effectively connect recovery to redemption.
